Any failure or complaint of having rights will irremediable involve the removal of the files in question.
You agree to not use Video2mp3 services to upload any content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui; harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the members ISP will be contacted.
You agree to not use Video2mp3 services to upload any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

Video2mp3 is a free service, which does not offer any guarantee of any kind as for its use. You can use Video2mp3 for any activity, personal or professional.

Video2mp3 reserves the right to change or discontinue any of the Services at any time.
